With three promising concepts admitted to the development track, it was time to start prototyping. To help P&G teams realize their vision we tapped into our network and asked 7 design, business, and IT mentors to join us for the prototyping session. The mentors didn’t just guide the teams along the process. They rolled up their sleeves alongside the workshop participants and for two-days engaged in experimenting, building and validating process with the rest of the participants to build tangible prototypes.
The two days culminated in pitches and a Q&A session, where other P&G employees could ask questions, share their opinions and contribute to the ideas developed.
